How to check a customer's Rewards balance

We've made sure that your customer's Rewards balance is easily accessible when you need it. 
Here are a few ways to check their balance.

In-app 

The customer's Rewards balance is displayed when creating a new sale. Timely also displays how much more they need spend to unlock their next Rewards voucher, based on your Rewards formula. We believe this will help increase their spend for the visit.

Once payment is completed on the sale, a summary of their new Rewards points balance and if they have unlocked more Rewards voucher will be displayed.

You can also check their Rewards balance by searching for their profile in Customers.

Invoices & thermal receipts

Customer's Rewards balance printed on their receipts are currently being worked on, and will be available soon.
